Bovi’s 41Love rated a hit in low key at the cinema

Since the release of comedian, Bovi Ugboma’s first ever feature cinema movie, 41Love, report has it that upon late release, the flick is currently one of the most watched in the theater, even without much hype attached.

Rated to be star-studded, it features top acts like Kenneth Okonkwo, Alexx Ekubo, Ebere Okaro, Lilian Esoro, Tony Monjaro, Brycee Bassy, Nedu Wazobia, Funnybone, Bobby Micheal, Deyemi Okolanwo among others.

For the rib-cracker, what puts an exception to this recently released movie is that he didn’t only make an appearance, but he took a lead role, which has attracted the patronage of his fans who had long anticipated such from him.

Produced under the stables of Oakfil Productions by Okey Ezugwu and directed by Ikechukwu Onyeka, 41Love tells the story of a young woman’s innocent online romance with an unsuspecting wealthy man, until it went sour when her boyfriend decided to use him as a cash cow.

As relating to what motivated such awkward title, we were reliably informed by the writer, Doris Ariole that when money gets duped, it would be tagged 419, but when love gets in-between, it would be 41Love.

Interestingly, report furthered that the massive sold-out recorded came from Bovi’s followers, who had long anticipated a full feature from him on an interesting movie, especially now it came from a star-studded, suspense-filled and hilarious one. Having watched it at the cinema, I can boldly attest that the characters delivered.
