Bold, dramatic & fierce!
LFDW’s partnering makeup brand, Maybelline New York Nigeria, took the stage last night at the Heineken Lagos Fashion & Design Week 2015, in collaboration with a list of fashion brands including Kinabuti, Ejiro Amos Tafiri, Moofa, Grey and Funke Adepoju.
The brand, led by Bimpe Onakoya (Maybelline NYNG, Artistic Director), had other makeup artists – Lola Maja-Okojevoh, Jide of St.Ola, Dave Sucre and more, create makeup looks that showcased the versatility and presence of makeup in Nigerian fashion.
With gold-faces
& lips, porcelain doll looks, embellished stars and really large
blue lashes, the models took the runway in fab pieces made by their
collaborating designers. We love what they did with the
